Welcome to the C8 Alpha Test. By accessing or using this Alpha site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Alpha

• This is an early, unfinished version of Circul8.me (the “Platform”) made available for the sole purpose of testing and feedback.

• Features, content, and design may change without notice.

• We make no guarantees about availability, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose during this phase.

 

2. Access

• Access is by invite only.

• Do not share your login credentials, invite link, or password with anyone.

• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.

 

3. Confidentiality

• You may encounter non-public information about C8’s features, design, and content.

• You agree not to share screenshots, videos, or descriptions of the Platform outside the Alpha testing group without written permission from C8.

 

4. Feedback

• By submitting feedback, you grant C8 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it for improving the Platform.

• We may contact you for clarification or additional feedback.

 

5. No Warranty

​

• The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

• C8 is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using the Alpha site.

 

6. Data & Privacy

• Your personal information will be used only for Alpha participation, communications, and improving the Platform.

• We will not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Code of Conduct
